NAME TAG ORDER INSTRUCTION

Please read before placing your order

Product Details:

  • Each set includes 6 embroidered tags.

  • Name tags colours are fixed per cohort of the child, and remain the same throughout the child’s time in school.

  • Same colour for the same child from Primary 1 to Primary 6.

  • Recommended to order extra sets of name tags in advance, especially if you plan to purchase additional uniforms later in the year. This will save you time (production lead time applies to every new order) and additional delivery fees (if opting for delivery).

  • Lead time: 4–5 weeks (March–October) | 6–8 weeks (November–February).

 

Name Tag Submission:

  • Name on Tag: Max 15 characters (including spaces), ALL CAPS, English only.

  • Class: e.g. Pri 3 Care (2026), Pri 3E (2026), Pri 3 (2026).

    For new Primary 1 students enrolling in 2026, if the class is not yet known, please indicate: Pri 1/2026.

Collection Type:

  • Tracked Mailing via SingPost: +$2.00 (per order)
    Combined mailing is available for siblings. Please add each child's name tag order to the cart before checkout.

  • Self-Collection: Bedok Outlet only, 209 New Upper Changi Rd, #03-651, Singapore 460209

Before You Order:

  • Ensure you select the correct Level (Pri 1–6) before checkout.

  • Double-check the spelling of your child’s name.

  • Orders cannot be changed once submitted.

  • Errors in spelling, colour, or address provided by parents will not be the vendor’s responsibility.

  • Please note that the name tags will not be sent with your online orders, as we require time to manufacture it.
     

After Ordering:

  • If you do not receive your order after 8 weeks, email myuniformshopasia@gmail.com.

  • Self-collection customers will be notified once tags are ready. (Note: Please be aware that you will still be required to queue, as there is no separate priority queue for name tag collection.)
